Helen hung at l'etable. Her hospitality was really good!!! she communicated fluently in english and showed initiative by learning thai to better assist customers. i enjoyed the spaghetti pasta, it was divine. the service.
I was charged extra for the cable car. this fee felt unjustified and caused unnecessary frustration during check-in. the staff was unhelpful and confrontational, which ruined my first impression.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the service from Uyen, Jason, Ly, Caroline, Stella, and Sammie. The location is excellent. I enjoyed my time at the hotel.
Check-in was disorganized. It was fairly disorganized. The room had noise issues, as I could hear the baby next door. I felt that the room was not soundproofed. It was something I could deal with because it was only one night, though.
