Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for our family, but we had some issues with the air conditioning and overall temperature. The dining options were decent, with meals that we enjoyed, but some limitations were noticeable. The location was convenient for accessing local attractions, though we found it somewhat monopolized by the hotel chain, potentially limiting our choices.
I had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel situated in Bana Hills! The experience is truly unique, with the hotel resembling a quaint French village, especially enchanting in the evenings. The views are breathtaking, and I was delighted by the warm pool and the variety of dining options. However, the cooler weather can be a bit of a downer, and while the dining buffet was fantastic, I wished there were more cafes open at night.
My family and I had a memorable vacation at this hotel with breathtaking scenery and exceptional service from the staff. While the location within Ba Na Hills was perfect for exploration, the check-in process and some service aspects were disappointing. However, the overall comfort of the rooms and great facilities made our stay enjoyable, and we would definitely consider returning.
Staying at the hotel on Bana Hills was quite a mixed experience. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful attractions, and the atmosphere was serene A major plus was waking up early to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. However, the room's condition and noise levels, as well as service inconsistencies, leave much to be desired. Dining options varied, with breakfast being acceptable but dinner falling short in quality and replenishment.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The first time was plagued by construction noise and dust, and unfortunately, my second visit was no different, despite assurances from staff. The room was dirty and poorly designed, definitely not worth the price. On a positive note, the meals during my stay were decent, but that didn't compensate for the overall lack of hygiene and comfort.
